Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CM360 (“Construction Manager 360”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including:
- the public website at https://cm360.site
- the CM360 application at https://app.cm360.site
- CM360 mobile applications
- related CM360 services made available through those channels
By creating a CM360 account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using CM360, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use CM360.
These Terms complement our Privacy Policy and the public Account Deletion information. Privacy and deletion practices are described in those pages; these Terms focus on the rules for using the service.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
CM360 is a construction management platform for businesses and teams. It helps authorized users manage construction-business records inside a company workspace, including projects, clients, vendors, sub-contractors, labour, attendance and payroll, temporary labour, employees and salary payments, expenses, payments, tasks, reports, uploaded documents, team access, and subscription-related workspace access.
These Terms apply to all users of CM360, including company Owners, invited team members, and other authorized users.
If you use CM360 on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and that the organization agrees to be bound by them.
2. Eligibility and Business Use
CM360 is a business and professional construction-management product. It is intended for legitimate business use by construction companies, contractors, and related teams.
You should:
- have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- use CM360 only for lawful business or professional purposes
- have authority to create, join, or manage a company workspace when you act on behalf of a company
CM360 is not directed to children. See our Privacy Policy for related information.
3. Accounts and Account Security
Creating and maintaining an account
To use CM360, you may need to create an account or accept an invitation. Account-related flows currently include:
- registration and sign-in with email and password
- email verification using one-time codes
- password recovery using email one-time codes, followed by setting a new password
- invitation acceptance using email one-time codes, then joining the invited company
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your profile details reasonably up to date where you can update them in CM360.
Protecting your account
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to you. Do not share passwords or one-time codes improperly.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, unless you promptly notify us that the activity was unauthorized.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Support at support@cm360.site as soon as reasonably possible. You may also use in-app Contact & Support where available.
CM360 may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and the service, including authentication requirements, workspace isolation, role-based permissions, and related security controls. No method of authentication or storage is completely secure.
Never send your password or one-time authentication codes to Support or to anyone claiming to represent CM360.
4. Company Workspaces and User Roles
Company workspaces
CM360 is organized around company workspaces. Business records entered for a company are stored and managed inside that company’s workspace.
The person creating or managing a workspace must have authority to do so for the relevant business. Each company is responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information its users enter into its workspace.
You may access only the company workspaces you are authorized to access. Different customer companies cannot access each other’s workspaces through normal product use.
Roles and permissions
Within a workspace, different members may have different permissions. Current company roles include Owner and other assigned roles such as Accountant, Supervisor, Purchase Manager, and Viewer. Access to modules and records depends on the roles and permissions assigned to a member.
In general:
- the Owner has primary authority over the company workspace
- authorized company users may invite or manage other users according to their permissions (for example through User Access)
- workspace administrators are responsible for assigning suitable access
- users must not give unauthorized persons access to a company workspace
- changes made by authorized team members may affect company records seen by others in the workspace
If you use CM360 as an employee, contractor, or other representative of a company, your access may be controlled, changed, or removed by that company.
A limited number of CM360 platform administrators may have elevated access for platform support, subscription management, security, and authorized deletion operations. That access is intended for operating the platform, not for routine browsing of customer business data.
5. Customer Data and Business Records
Customers and authorized users retain their rights in the business information they enter or upload into CM360.
Depending on the modules your company uses, this may include:
- company and workspace information
- projects
- clients
- vendors
- sub-contractors
- labour (site workers)
- temporary labour entries
- employees
- national ID / CNIC and similar identity details entered by your company
- attendance, payroll, and salary records
- project expenses and office expenses
- client, contractor, labour, and related payment records
- reports and operational summaries generated from your records
- notes and related business details
- agreements, receipts, payment proofs, images, and other uploaded files
- personal “My Day” / task information created by a user
CM360 does not claim ownership of your company’s business records.
By using CM360, you grant CM360 a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service, and to comply with law. This permission is not a transfer of ownership of your business content.
More detail about how personal information is handled is available in the Privacy Policy.
6. Responsibility for Information About Other People
CM360 customers may enter information about other people, including employees, labour, clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
If you enter or upload information about other people, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis or permission to collect and use that information through CM360, and for using it lawfully and fairly.
Do not enter personal information that you are not authorized to process.
This section does not replace the Privacy Policy.
7. Files and User Content
Authorized users may upload files such as:
- expense receipts and bills
- office-expense bills
- client, project, and contractor agreements
- payment proofs (including bank-transfer screenshots, cheque images, and similar payment-related images where uploaded)
- company and project images
- other supported attachments
You must:
- have the rights and permission needed to upload the content
- not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material
- avoid unnecessarily uploading sensitive credentials
- not upload passwords, one-time codes, or other security credentials
Uploaded documents may contain personal or financial details. Treat uploads as company business records and share access only with trusted, authorized team members.
File handling and related privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CM360 to:
- violate applicable law
- access another company’s workspace without authorization
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- interfere with the service, its security, or other users’ access
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- introduce malware or other harmful code
- abuse automated requests in a way that harms or disrupts the service
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- use the platform to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity
- reverse engineer the service where prohibited or without authorization
- resell, sublicense, or repackage CM360 as a competing service unless expressly authorized by CM360 in writing
We may investigate suspected misuse and take action as described in these Terms.
9. Reports, Calculations and Professional Advice
CM360 generates operational outputs from information entered into the platform, including:
- financial summaries and balances
- project reports and related views
- expense summaries
- payroll and labour calculations
- dashboard metrics
- other operational reports and insights
These outputs depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered by users. CM360 is a business-management tool. Reports and calculations are software-generated operational information based on your records.
They should not automatically be treated as professional accounting, tax, legal, engineering, investment, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing important business decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription access
Access to a company workspace may depend on that company’s subscription status. Subscription status may include states such as trialing, active, inactive, and related statuses used by CM360.
When a company’s subscription is not in a usable state (for example inactive), access to some or all company features may be restricted. When subscription access is restricted, Owners may retain access to limited subscription-related information and support options where available.
How subscription billing currently works
CM360 subscription access is managed as a subscription record for each company. Subscription payment entries may be manually recorded (for example amount, payment date, and optional note) and typically verified outside the app.
There is currently no in-app card checkout for CM360 subscription billing.
Fees and commercial arrangements
Applicable fees, plan details, and any payment or refund arrangements will be communicated through the applicable subscription or order process for your company.
Ending, changing, or suspending subscription access does not by itself delete your user account, memberships, or company business records. Account or company deletion must be requested separately. See Account and Company Deletion and https://cm360.site/delete-account.
11. Account and Company Deletion
You may request account deletion (and, where eligible, company deletion) as described on:
- in-app: My Profile → Account → Delete Account
- public help: https://cm360.site/delete-account
Normal company member
If you do not own a live company workspace, you may request deletion of your personal CM360 account if eligible. After finalization, your login and personal profile information are removed or anonymized, your memberships and personal CM360 tasks are removed, and business records that belong to companies you worked with remain with those companies where appropriate.
Company Owner
An Owner cannot delete only their personal account while leaving an ownerless live company. An eligible Owner may request Delete Company & Account, which schedules deletion of the Owner’s CM360 account and the company workspace. If other members belong to that company, they lose access when the company is closed.
14-day cancellation period
When you confirm a deletion request, the request remains pending for a 14-day cancellation period. You can continue using CM360 during that period and can cancel the pending request from My Profile while it remains pending.
After the request is finalized, CM360 does not provide a normal self-service restoration process.
Company closure and operational purge
When an Owner’s company-and-account request is finalized, the company workspace is closed and company files and operational data enter CM360’s deletion process. Remaining operational company data becomes eligible for permanent purge 7 days after closure. Limited audit, billing, anonymized, or legally required records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscription cancellation or inactivation is separate from account and company deletion. See Section 10, Subscriptions and Payments.
12. Suspension and Termination
CM360 may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the service where reasonably necessary, including where:
- there is a serious violation of these Terms
- unlawful or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected
- there is a security risk to accounts, data, or the service
- the platform is being abused
- a company’s subscription is unpaid, inactive, or otherwise not in a usable state
- required by law or by a competent authority
Where reasonable, CM360 may provide notice. Immediate action may be necessary for security, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
Suspension or restriction of access is not account or company deletion.
You may stop using CM360 at any time.
13. Service Availability and Changes
CM360 aims to keep the service available and useful. However:
- maintenance may occur
- internet, device, cloud, or service-provider issues may affect availability
- features may evolve over time
- temporary interruptions may occur
CM360 does not promise uninterrupted operation or a formal uptime guarantee unless a separate commercial commitment expressly says otherwise.
CM360 may improve, add, modify, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service. Where a change is material, reasonable notice may be provided through the website, app, email, or other appropriate channel where practical.
Customers are encouraged to retain independent copies of business-critical documents and records where appropriate. This does not mean CM360 has no responsibility for operating its systems; it means important business records should not rely solely on any one tool.
14. Intellectual Property
CM360 property
CM360 and its licensors own the CM360 software, branding, logos, interface, design, and original platform materials. Using CM360 does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
You may use CM360 only as permitted by these Terms.
Customer property
Your company data and uploaded business content remain your company’s (or the applicable rights holder’s) property, subject to the limited permission granted to CM360 in these Terms and to applicable law.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send feature suggestions or other feedback, CM360 may use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to compensate you.
15. Third-Party Services
CM360 relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to host and operate the product. CM360 may also provide support channels such as email and, when configured, WhatsApp or phone.
CM360 is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control. Privacy-related details about processors and channels are described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CM360 is provided as a business software service.
Functionality and results may depend on:
- the accuracy and completeness of information entered by users
- your devices and software environment
- internet connectivity
- third-party infrastructure and providers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, CM360 does not make additional warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular business outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CM360 is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses
- loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity
- losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information entered by users
- business decisions made solely in reliance on reports or calculations generated by CM360
- unauthorized access or activity caused by compromised credentials that you failed to protect
- failures or delays caused by internet providers, devices, or third-party infrastructure outside CM360’s reasonable control
CM360 remains responsible for operating the service with reasonable care, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website, app, or email where appropriate. Continued use of CM360 after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should stop using CM360 and, if needed, use the account-deletion process.
